The ValPal Network announces partnership with Feefo

Christmas is right around the corner and The ValPal Network’s elves have been busy finalising a strategic partnership with online reviews platform Feefo.

One of the key aims of the partnership is to give agents the opportunity to identify trends and themes in their online reviews which they can use to sharpen their marketing campaigns and ultimately improve their customer service.
