Carl joined Angels in January, 2023 and brings with him a varied creative and technical skillset and a passion for solving problems with technology.

After leaving university he set up his own business creating 3D computer visuals and animations for the exhibition and newly emerging world of web design.

Since those early days, he has worked with a number of start-up businesses ranging from music, to travel and quite appropriately property. Carl cut his teeth in this sector designing one of the first major online property portals, Hotproperty. From here he went on to design and develop an industry leading online letting platform (Upad) and more recently helped to create the property logbook platform, Twindig.

Carl is very much a lover of the great outdoors and enjoys heading off in the campervan with his family. He likes good food and wine and tries to balance this with more physical pursuits like running and cycling. On the downside, Carl doesn’t appreciate being cold and wet so his top tip is, ‘wear the right gear.’

He has done a fair amount of travelling but hasn’t yet set foot in South America – it’s only a matter of time, Carl.
