Say Hello to More Leads
This week, you’ll discover why hundreds of agents in The ValPal Network are ditching their out of area leads and trading them in for leads in their area.
The ValPal Network has been hitting headlines recently for our transition to becoming “more than just an online valuation tool”. Now, with a growing collection of more than 4,000 branches, our members are taking advantage of all the network has to offer.
As well as being able to open discussions and share marketing advice on our new LinkedIn Forum, our members are discovering new ways to work with non-competing agents through our Out of Area Lead Programme.
The idea behind the programme is to provide a “lead sharing” service, so that our members no longer have the frustration of receiving leads from outside of their territory that they are unable to service. Instead, you will receive more leads in your catchment area that you otherwise wouldn’t have had. It’s a win-win for all agents signed up to the service.
ValPal’s sophisticated algorithm automatically picks up if a lead is out of area for the agent and drops it into a pool where it is sent to an agent from the network within the area, on a completely fair rotation. If an out of area lead is assigned to you, you own it free and clear, and there is no revenue share should you successfully convert it.
Out of Area ultimately means more leads for all members of The ValPal Network and that no lead goes to waste.
