Introducing ChatPal – what does it offer agents?

Here at The ValPal Network (TVPN), we are always looking to improve our offerings to agents. Earlier this year, we introduced PortalPal – the lead qualifier and revenue builder – and before that NurturePal, our automated revenue and nurture system.

Now it’s time to introduce ChatPal, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) vendor and landlord lead generator which can help to convert website traffic into leads and then instructions.

As well as offering a free instant online valuation tool to entice prospects, you can also engage with potential clients visiting your website via a chatbot lead capture facility.

What does it do?

The chatbot targets sellers, landlords and buyers by using predesigned scripts to cover any given scenario. In turn, this converts vendor and landlord traffic into leads for the agent to follow up with.

Unique to TVPN, ChatPal is designed specifically to target vendors and landlords by asking a very specific question: “are you thinking or selling or letting your property?”, in order to dissuade tenants from using the facility.

ChatPal will still engage with buyers, as we know that around a third of purchasers are also sellers as well.

By taking a deliberately targeted and tailored approach, ChatPal improves your chances of increasing the conversion rate of enquiries and generating more of those all-important leads. The ChatPal script is written in such a way as to solely capture contact details, providing your team with more potential leads to follow up with.
