One of the key aims of The ValPal Network is to continually improve our offering to make sure we are giving agents the best possible chance to generate more leads and subsequently grow their business.

With this in mind, we've recently updated the ValPal tool's results page - this is the page where prospective vendors and landlords are taken to see their instant online valuation.

The results page now includes an area score provided by ResiAnalytics. This score - out of 100 - covers the whole postcode area for the property being valued and is calculated by taking into account a variety of different factors, including property price growth potential, average earnings and the average age of local residents.

The score is designed to give consumers a better idea of an area's strengths, weaknesses and expected property market activity.

You may be wondering about the negative connotations of a low score. Well, if an area score comes out below 50, it will not be shown on the results page.

What's more, prospects now have the opportunity to provisionally book a market appraisal via an MA booking calendar on the results page. This new feature is designed to get more commitment from the prospect by encouraging them to suggest a date when you can visit them either in the morning or the afternoon.

Don't worry, this feature doesn't sync with your existing calendar. Any time a prospect fills it out, you will be sent a notification of the prospect's preferred date and time slot, it is then up to you to call them and confirm.

The MA booking calendar is another way that The ValPal Network is providing you with more hot, qualified leads than ever before.

On top of all this, there is now an option for users to print their valuation results page and we have developed and improved our auto-response emails.

The results page is an integral part of the instant online valuation process and that's why we've taken the necessary steps to make sure it’s as efficient, detailed and sticky as possible.
