ESTAS success - ValPal wins best valuation tool for fifth year in a row!

The ValPal Network is delighted to announce that it has won the ESTAS’ ‘Supplier Awards – Best in Sector - online valuation tool’ prize for the fifth year running.

This win for our award-winning ValPal tool, which was launched in 2015 to transform lead generation for agents, further cements its position as the best lead generator on the market – and comes after 18 months like no other, with unprecedented challenges and demand for the sector as a whole.

The ESTAS – the prestigious event often known as a property industry’s version of the Oscars – took place at the ever-impressive Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane on October 22, hosted by Location, Location, Location star and Estate Agent Today columnist Phil Spencer.

It was one of the biggest live property events to take place in-person since the Covid-19 pandemic hit the UK in March 2020, with thousands in attendance. This year’s event brought together suppliers, agents, conveyancers and brokers under the same roof for the first time.

Last year’s event was held virtually, but it was great to be back in the room this time to celebrate the industry’s remarkable recent success with our fellow property professionals and enjoy the chance to network and catch-up in person in a way that hasn’t been possible for a significant amount of time.

The latest success comes amid a period of evolution for The ValPal Network, which has launched ChatPal and MovePal to further enhance its offering to agents.

“MovePal has been launched to act as the 12th man for agents, working away in the background to ensure you only contact leads when they’re at their hottest,” Vile added. “It’s proved to be a phenomenal success so far and a great addition to our suite of products.”

ChatPal, meanwhile, is a fully branded and fully customisable chat widget to help agents engage with their website traffic and convert even more of these into leads. It is integrated with Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
