We are absolutely delighted to announce that our AI-driven ValPal Pro is set for take-off.

Our next level lead generation system is now being beta-tested and will be launched within weeks.

ValPal Pro uses the latest technology to make AI-calls, AI-texts and AI-emails to contact and nurture client leads, collect relevant data and prioritise motivated sellers.

“Game-changer is an over-used term these days, but agents ignore this at their peril. When we first launched ValPal the biggest barrier from agents was that they didn’t need it because they didn’t realise that the leads it generated could transform their business.

“AI-driven ValPal Pro will be equally transformative, perhaps even more so.”

Impressed by the AI technology

When somebody uses the valuation tool for a sales or lettings instant online valuation, the lead will come in as normal. As soon as it is received, ValPal Pro will make a call to the client, explain that it is a virtual assistant and ask what prompted the person to use the tool.

At the end of that preliminary call, the AI will summarise the transcript and send that to the agent, it can provisionally book in a valuation, where appropriate, which is then confirmed by the agent who makes contact with the prospect before turning up at the appointed time.

If the initial call is unsuccessful, ValPal Pro will send an AI- SMS and continue conducting a similar process through AI-SMS.

As soon as it gets a positive response via voice or text, ValPal Pro goes into discovery mode and will find out as much information as it possibly can about the property and the seller.

If they don’t respond to the SMS, the lead automatically drops into a twelve-month nurture funnel. But if the prospect does respond during that six months, the whole process starts again.

ValPal Pro also includes an inbound Portal responder for buyer and tenant applicants.

Generating additional revenue

For buyer applicants, the Portal responder will identify if a buyer needs to sell before they can purchase a property, therefore generating a Sales opportunity. It will also establish whether they are a cash buyer, or whether they require a mortgage – again, generating mortgage leads as well as conveyancing leads, too.

On the lettings side, ValPal Pro automatically filters tenant applications via a qualification questionnaire. It will also ask tenants, if they are letting already, to give their landlord details. It will also ask about broadband and utilities – so it’s generating inquiries there, too.
